Different dolls

Here are a few new dolls that have been in my head for quite a while.
Its been slow going making these, the decision making taking the time.
And also painting the cat eyes - something I haven't attempted before.
They are available over here in the shop.
I have started on a couple more - a different animal doll again.
We'll see how it goes, I never really know how they'll turn out
till I turn them out and stuff them!xx

There's some new characters on the way..
I might have gone a bit over the top with the teeth/ears etc.
But strong features make for more character..!

I'm gradually updating my shop with a few extra's I made before the market!
There are some new big brooches and neckpieces,
along with some Frida hoops and Silk Frida dolls.

Included with each order this week, you will get a little silk flower brooch.
Pop over here for a look :: A Little Vintage Store.

There's still a few koala brooches and neckpieces available,
that will be added over the next few weeks too. xx

Melbourne FK

Melbourne Finders Keepers Market was amazing!
I took along as much as I could, considering it was interstate for me..

Some new head pieces that seemed popular.
They are backed with stiffened felt and placed on a ribbon covered head band.

A few free motion sewn Frida hoops,
there are a couple left which I have now uploaded into the shop!

I was helped and supported by some amazing amazing ladies.
Brianna and Cam (Curlypops) who are seen here, and also Nic. (Yardage Design)

My table top close up.

Here's a quick shot of the table - the green table cloth and fresh
leaves courtesy of Brianna, making the flowers at home.

And here I am - caught in the act searching through some tweed
fabric scaps at the South Melbourne market later in the weekend...!!xx
